Are your products legit/original?

Yes. All the products we offer are authentic and brand new with original factory warranty and official receipt (sales invoice). We do not sell fake or illegally sourced products.

Polka.PH is a proud authorized retailer of everything we sell. We source all our merchandise directly from the official distributors and vendors of your favorite global brands.

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes. All products come with original factory warranty.

The exact warranty period depends on the brand and product category, but most items generally come with at least 1 year warranty coverage.

How to return, refund or replace an order? Do you have a warranty?

If a product concern is reported within 7 days from delivery and it is found to be a valid factory defect, POLKA will refund or replace the item as soon as possible at no cost to the customer.

Beyond the 7-day return policy, all products are covered by the original factory warranty (usually 12 months, depending on the brand/product category).

Our POLKA team is available to assist you in locating the nearest authorized service center where you can get warranty support. For any product concerns, please send us a message for assistance.

Can I order other products not being sold on your website?

It depends. We offer a special custom order feature available only to employees of our affiliated salary deduction partner companies.

If your employer is not doing salary deduction with us, this is only possible when any one of our suppliers happens to sell the particular product you are looking for.

To inquire if you are eligible to make a custom order or to know if any of our suppliers offers your product of interest, send us a message or email hello@polka.ph.

What is the order process?

What are the requirements?

For Non-Salary Deduction Customers, BILLEASE requires:

  • Any (1) Valid Government ID
  • Other documents may be required depending on the individual
  • For example: Proof of Work, Proof of Income, Proof of Billing

For Salary Deduction Customers, the required documents are:

  1. Any one (1) Valid Government ID with home address
  2. Certificate of Employment (COE) with "Installment Plan" purpose or equivalent
  3. Latest 1-Month Payslips (2 payslips if your payroll is twice a month)

What government IDs do you accept?

We accept any of the following government IDs:

  • SSS ID
  • PhilHealth Insurance Card (PHICB)
  • UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
  • PRC (Professional ID)
  • GSIS E-Card
  • National ID
  • Postal ID (PVC Plastic Card)
  • Driver's License
  • Voter's ID
  • Passport
  • TIN ID
  • Senior Citizen ID
  • NBI Clearance

What is the approval criteria?

Only orders from customers that meet the following criteria are approved:

  • Minimum requirements are complete and valid
  • Regularly employed and working for at least 6 months at current company
  • Order is within your Monthly Credit Limit

Polka.PH reserves the right to refuse service and reject the orders of any individual who has met any of the following conditions:

  • Failed to meet at least one of the approval criteria above
  • Did not pass our team's credit evaluation
  • Was rude or disrespectul to our team members, our company and the values we represent
  • Was found to provide fraudulent supporting documents or false information
  • Has had a problematic payment history or previously exhibited past failure, avoidance or intention not to pay for products or services
  • Has been determined to have exhibited signs of suspicious behavior or malicious intent

When will my order be approved?

Please give our team 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to review your order before receiving an approval decision.

Our team may contact you to ask for more supporting documents or any missing information.

Processing your order will take more time if you are hard to reach or if you provide incomplete or incorrect documents upon checkout.

When will my order be delivered?

Here are our usual delivery lead times:

  • Metro Manila, Metro Cebu โ€” 2 to 5 working days
  • Pampanga, Central Luzon โ€” 4 to 7 working days
  • Remote Provincial Destinations โ€” 1 to 2 weeks

Delivery lead times count from the date of order approval, excluding weekends and holidays.

How do I change my order details?

If your order has not yet been approved, you may change or update your order's product, shipping, payment or contact details, by sending an email request to hello@polka.ph with your order number and order change instructions using your registered Polka.PH user account's email address.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been approved, you may cancel your order by sending an email request to hello@polka.ph with your order number and cancellation instructions using your registered Polka.PH user account's email address.

Do you ship to the province?

Yes, we ship nationwide, except for far-flung areas outside the reach of our courier network. Our order fulfillment team will be in touch with you in case your delivery is not possible considering the size or nature of your item and your chosen shipping destination.

Note that some couriers do not always have door-to-door, last-mile delivery in some provinces, and they may require the customer to pick up the item at the nearest courier branch.

Do you allow order pick-up at your warehouse or office?

For security, warehouse or office pick-up is not allowed.

Payment Terms

How do installments work?

Polka.PH gives you many ways to pay, including e-wallets like GCash and Maya, credit and debit cards, bank-to-bank transfers, and salary deduction.

Please note that Salary Deduction is only available to employees of partner companies who have salary deduction arrangements with Polka.PH.

If you are unsure, we recommend you first confirm with your HR department if they offer salary deduction installments with Polka.PH.


If your company does not have a Salary Deduction partnership with Polka.PH, please feel free to submit a company referral and connect us with your HR department to give you and your co-workers exclusive access to lower prices, 0% minimum down payments and longer monthly payment terms available only through salary deduction.

How does Salary Deduction work?

Salary Deduction is an arrangement between Polka.PH and select partner employers where payments to Polka.PH are deducted from the employee's salary every payroll cycle until their balance is fully paid.

The exact schedule and frequency of installments will depend on the employer's particular salary deduction policy in relation to Polka.PH.


If your company does not have a Salary Deduction partnership with Polka.PH, please feel free to submit a company referral and connect us with your HR department to give you and your co-workers exclusive access to lower prices, 0% minimum down payments and longer monthly payment terms available only through salary deduction.

How much is the down payment?

Non-Salary Deduction Customers:

  • We currently offer non-salary deduction installments through BILLEASE, which requires 34% minimum down payment based on the total cart order value.

Salary Deduction Customers:

  • 0% minimum down payment (optional)

Salary deduction customers can input a custom down payment amount before submitting their order. Doing so will lower their monthly installment plan and help reduce the total amount they need to pay overall.

How and when should I give the down payment?

For non-salary deduction customers, the down payment must be paid to BILLEASE upon order approval via any of their many online payment options throught he BILLEASE mobile app.

For salary deduction customers, instructions for down payment will be sent to you after order approval.

Down Payment Options:

  • Bank Transfer/Deposit
  • GCash, Maya, GrabPay
  • Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
  • Cash on Delivery (only available for small items for shipping to Metro Manila and Metro Cebu)

When selecting a down payment method other than Cash on Delivery, make sure to process your down payment as soon as you are instructed to do so.

Your ordered item will only confirmed for delivery when the down payment has been made.

Delaying your down payment risks your item running out of stock or your order expiring 1 week after approval.

Please do not order if you do not have sufficient funds for your chosen down payment amount.

When is my first installment?

Non-Salary Deduction Customers

Please contact BILLEASE or refer to your BILLEASE account for the details.

Salary Deduction Customers

The first installment date depends on the customer's payroll schedule and the date the item is released or delivered. Your first installment will usually be deducted on the first payroll disbursement date of the calendar month following the month that the order was delivered. The remaining installments will then be deducted from the customer's salaries every payday until the balance is fully paid.

Do you charge shipping fees?

Yes, but we give you the option to either pay for shipping together with your down payment as a lump sum or pay for shipping over installment.

Shipping fees are calculated online upon checkout based on your shipping address and the product category of your order.

Can I choose the schedule of my installments?

Since it is not possible to accurately predict how all employers will choose to reschedule payroll dates due to weekends and holidays, Polka.PH will, by default, schedule your installments plan to mirror your "normal" payroll cycle as indicated by the official payslip you provided.

By policy, we do not allow customers to change their installment schedule simply due to personal preference. If you have a valid reason for rescheduling your installment due dates, kindly email us at hello@polka.ph or send us a message.

Do you offer longer payment terms?

For non-salary deduction customers, it depends on your chosen installment payment method. BILLEASE can offer at least 6 months to pay for first-time customers, and up to 12 months to pay for customers with good credit history.

For salary deduction customers, the maximum payment term is 12 months to pay.

I cannot pay my next installment on time. What should I do?

Please go to https://shop.polka.ph/reset, provide the email address you used to register your account and follow the instructions sent to your email inbox.

What is my "Monthly Installment Limit" for and how is it calculated?

For salary deduction customers, your Monthly Installment Limit determines the maximum payments you are allowed to make in any given month.

The monthly installment limit you are given varies from person to person, and depends on several factors like your personal credit profile, installment payment method (salary deduction vs. non-salary deduction) and whether or not your employer is affiliated with us. Repeat customers from time to time also have the potential to receive an increase in their monthly limit based on their payment history with us.

Meanwhile, your Available Monthly Limit is equivalent to Monthly Installment Limit LESS On-Going Monthly Installment Plans). You can check your current available limit by following these steps:

  1. Sign up or log into your Polka.PH account
  2. Click the โ€œAccountโ€ button at the upper right of the website
  3. The amount shown beside the word โ€œAvailableโ€ is your current remaining monthly limit NET of your on-going installment plans.

First time customers will only see their monthly limit after they complete their first order submission.

How can I increase my Monthly Installment Limit?

Your monthly installment limit grows when you have an increase to your basic monthly salary.

To request for a larger limit, please email a copy of your latest payslip or proof of income to hello@polka.ph.

What if my order exceeds my monthly limit?

For returning customers with a shopping history with us, all orders exceeding their monthly installment limit will be prevented from submission by our website.

For new or first-time customers, all orders submitted that exceed their monthly installment limit will be rejected.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, kindly send an email request to hello@polka.ph using the registered email address of your Polka.PH user account.

For customers who ordered via the SM Malls Online App, please expect an email from POLKA within 24 hours for the next steps.

How much is my remaining balance?

For salary deduction customers, you may check your remaining balance by logging into your POLKA account > Right-Side Menu > My Account. You may also send us a message or email customer support at hello@polka.ph.

For non-salary deduction customers, please contact BILLEASE or the installment payment service provider customer support team handling your installments.

When is my next due date?

For salary deduction customers, you may see your next due date by logging into your POLKA account > Right-Side Menu > My Account. You may also send us a message or email customer support at hello@polka.ph.
