Auto Debit is only available to customers who maintain active depositor accounts with our partner banks.

If your company is not yet an affiliated Polka.PH salary deduction partner, you are welcome to submit a company referral and connect us with your HR department to give you and your fellow employees access to lower prices, 0% minimum down payments and longer monthly payment terms.
An Auto Debit Arrangement is a service provided by banks allowing individual bank account holders to authorize Polka.PH to schedule and automatically debit funds from their bank account on the dates their installments are due.
The auto debit schedule will mirror the customer's regular payroll schedule under their current employer, based on the official payslip provided to Polka.PH.
Salary Deduction is an arrangement between Polka.PH and select partner employers where payments to Polka.PH are deducted from the employee's salary every payroll cycle until their balance is fully paid.
The exact schedule and frequency of installments will depend on the employer's particular salary deduction policy with respect to Polka.PH.

You are also welcome to choose an amount larger than the required minimum down payment before submitting your order. Doing so will lower your monthly installment plan and help reduce the total amount you need to pay overall.

Down Payment Options:
When selecting a down payment method other than Cash on Delivery, make sure to process your down payment as soon as you are instructed to do so.
Your ordered item will only confirmed for delivery when the down payment has been made.
Delaying your down payment risks your item running out of stock or your order expiring 1 week after approval.
Please do not order if you do not have sufficient funds for your chosen down payment amount.
The first installment date depends on customer's payroll schedule, the date the item is physically delivered, and the order type (auto debit or salary deduction).
Auto Debit Customers
At Polka.PH we grant Auto Debit customers roughly one (1) month payment grace from the delivery date.
For example, if a customer with a payroll schedule of every 10th and 25th of the month purchased an item delivered in the first half of a certain calendar month (1st-15th), then the first auto debit installment will be scheduled on the customer's payroll date falling on the 1st half of the following calendar month, which would be the 10th of the following month (assuming they receive they salaries twice a month).
The remaining auto debit installments will then be scheduled to routinely run every 10th and 25th of the month until the balance is fully paid.
Salary Deduction Customers
At Polka.PH the first installment of salary deduction customers will be deducted on the first payroll disbursement date of the calendar month following the month that the order was delivered. The remaining installmetns will then be deducted from the customer's salaries every payday until the balance is fully paid.

Yes, but we give you the option to either pay for shipping together with your down payment as a lump sum or pay for shipping over installment.
Shipping fees are calculated online upon checkout based on your shipping address and the product category of your order.
Since it is not possible to accurately predict how all employers will choose to reschedule payroll dates due to weekends and holidays, Polka.PH will, by default, schedule your installments plan to mirror your "normal" payroll cycle as indicated by the official payslip you provided.
By policy, we do not allow customers to change their installment schedule simply due to personal preference. If you have a valid reason for rescheduling your installment due dates, kindly email us at hello@polka.ph or send us a message.

Polka.PH has never and will never charge any late fees or penalties. We only make money by providing you great service, quality products and convenient payment options.
Please note however that consistently missing payments without any early notice, valid reason, or demonstrated intention to cooperate will negatively affect your credit record and quite likely make it difficult or impossible for you to transact with Polka.PH or other similar instutions in the future.

Your Monthly Installment Limit determines the maximum payments you are allowed to make in any given month.
The monthly installment limit you are given varies from person to person, and depends on several factors like your personal credit profile, installment payment method (salary deduction vs. auto debit) and whether or not your employer is affiliated with us. Repeat customers from time to time also have the potential to receive an increase in their monthly limit based on their payment history with us.
Meanwhile, your Available Monthly Limit is equivalent to Monthly Installment Limit LESS On-Going Monthly Installment Plans). You can check your current available limit by following these steps:
First time customers will only see their monthly limit after they complete their first order submission.
Your monthly installment limit grows when you have an increase to your basic monthly salary.

For returning customers with a shopping history with us, all orders exceeding their monthly installment limit will be prevented from submission by our website.
For new or first-time customers, all orders submitted that exceed their monthly installment limit will be rejected.
